How do I present a PowerPoint in Teams?

To present a PowerPoint in Microsoft Teams:

1. Open the Teams app on your computer.
2. Click on the “Calendar” icon in the left sidebar.
3. Find the meeting that you want to present in and click on it to open the event details.
4. Click the “Join” button to join the meeting.
5. Once you are in the meeting, click the “Present” button at the bottom of the window.
6. In the “Choose what you want to share” window, select the “PowerPoint” option.
7. Select the PowerPoint presentation that you want to present and click the “Share” button.
