To present a PowerPoint in Microsoft Teams:
- Open the Teams app on your computer.
- Click on the “Calendar” icon in the left sidebar.
- Find the meeting that you want to present in and click on it to open the event details.
- Click the “Join” button to join the meeting.
- Once you are in the meeting, click the “Present” button at the bottom of the window.
- In the “Choose what you want to share” window, select the “PowerPoint” option.
- Select the PowerPoint presentation that you want to present and click the “Share” button.
