To convert a PowerPoint presentation to a Word document, follow these steps:
- Open the PowerPoint presentation that you want to convert.
- Click the “File” tab in the ribbon, and then click “Export” in the left sidebar.
- In the “Export” window, click the “Create Handouts” button.
- In the “Send to Microsoft Word” window, choose the desired options for the handouts, such as the layout and the number of slides per page.
- Click “Create Handouts” to open the handouts in Word.
The PowerPoint presentation will be converted to a Word document, with each slide appearing as a separate page in the document. You can then edit and format the handouts as desired using the tools and features in Word.
Note: This method converts the PowerPoint slides to static images in the Word document. If you want to preserve the editable content and formatting of the slides, you can use the “Copy” and “Paste” commands to copy the slides from PowerPoint and paste them into Word as editable objects.
