To make your Google Slides presentation public, you must adjust the privacy settings. Follow these steps:
- First, open your Google Slides presentation.
- Click on the ‘Share’ button, located at the top-right corner of the screen. A new window will appear.
- At the bottom of the window, you’ll see ‘Get Link’. Click on that. If your presentation is currently private, it will say ‘Restricted’. Click on ‘Change’ to adjust these settings.
- You’ll then have the option to choose who can view your presentation. To make your presentation public, select ‘Anyone with the link’.
- Next, define what people with the link can do. You have the option to allow them to view, comment, or edit the presentation. If you only want them to view the presentation, select ‘Viewer’.
- Once you’ve made your selection, click ‘Done’.
Your Google Slides presentation is now public. Anyone with the link can access it according to the permissions you’ve set. However, please be mindful of the information you share publicly to avoid any privacy concerns.
