To insert a frame shape in PowerPoint for your presentation design, follow these steps:
- Open PowerPoint and navigate to the slide where you want to insert the frame shape.
- Click on the “Insert” tab in the top menu.
- In the “Illustrations” group, click on the “Shapes” button.
- A drop-down menu will appear with various shape options. Scroll down and select the desired frame shape.
- Click and drag on the slide to draw the frame shape to your preferred size.
- To customize the frame shape, right-click on it and choose “Format Shape” from the context menu. Here, you can modify the fill color, outline, and other properties.
- Once you are satisfied with the frame shape, you can add content or images inside it by simply clicking inside the shape and typing or inserting images.
- Repeat these steps for any additional frame shapes you want to insert in your presentation design.
