To insert a background image or template in PowerPoint, follow these steps:
- Open PowerPoint and navigate to the slide where you want to add the background image or template.
- Click on the “Design” tab located at the top of the PowerPoint window.
- In the “Background” group, click on the “Background Styles” button.
- From the drop-down menu, select “Format Background.”
- In the Format Background pane, choose the “Picture or texture fill” option.
- Click on the “File” button and browse for the desired background image or template on your computer.
- Select the image or template file and click on the “Insert” button.
- Adjust the image or template settings, such as position, transparency, or tiling, as per your preference.
