
Creating a ribbon in PowerPoint can add a polished, decorative element to your presentation. Here’s how to design a ribbon:
Step 1: Insert the Ribbon Shape
- Go to the Insert Tab:

, and select the Rectangle shape.

- Draw the Base of the Ribbon:
- Draw a long, narrow rectangle to act as the base of the ribbon. Adjust the size and positioning to fit your design.
Step 2: Add Ribbon Tails
- Insert Ribbon Tails:

>Shapes
, and choose the Triangle shape. - Rotate the triangle by selecting it and using the rotation handle. Position the triangle below the rectangle to represent the ribbon’s tail.

- Duplicate the Tail:
- Copy (Ctrl + C) and paste (Ctrl + V) the triangle to create the second tail, positioning it beside the first one.
Step 3: Add a Circular Badge (Optional)
