Adding scroll animation to your PowerPoint presentation can make it more engaging and visually appealing. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how you can do this:
- Open your PowerPoint presentation. Navigate to the slide where you want to add the scroll animation.
- Go to the ‘Insert’ tab in the PowerPoint ribbon and click on ‘Text Box’. Draw a text box on your slide and input the text you want to animate.
- Select the text box you just created. Go to the ‘Animations’ tab in the PowerPoint ribbon.
- In the ‘Animation’ pane, choose the ‘Scroll’ option under the ‘Entrance’ category. Once you click this, your selected text will automatically start to animate in a scrolling manner.
- You can adjust the speed, direction, and other properties of the scroll animation by clicking on the ‘Animation Pane’ button on the ‘Animations’ tab. This will open a side panel where you can customize your animation.
- If you want the text to start scrolling automatically, go to the ‘Timing’ group in the ‘Animations’ tab. Under ‘Start’, choose ‘With Previous’ or ‘After Previous’ depending on your preference.
- Preview your scroll animation by clicking the ‘Preview’ button in the ‘Animations’ tab. If you’re satisfied with the animation, save your presentation.
