- Open Your PowerPoint Presentation:
- Open the presentation you want to edit.
- Select the Slide or Master Slide:
- To change the background for a single slide, select that slide in the thumbnail pane on the left.
- To change the background for all slides, go to the View tab and click on Slide Master.
- Access the Format Background Options:
- Right-click on the slide background and select Format Background.
- Alternatively, you can go to the Design tab and click on Format Background in the Customize group.
- Choose Your Background Fill:
