These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SlideSuite, a web-based platform operated by SlideGenius, Inc. (“SlideGenius,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using SlideSuite, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

## 1. Description of Service

SlideSuite is a project intelligence and workflow application that aggregates data from third-party systems โ€” including QuickBooks Online, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Tempo, Microsoft SharePoint, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom โ€” to provide
reporting, analytics, and operational tooling for SlideGenius staff, contractors, and authorized client users.

## 2. Eligibility and Access

Access to SlideSuite is granted on an invitation-only basis. You may only access SlideSuite using credentials provided to you by SlideGenius. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and to notify us immediately of any
unauthorized access.

## 3. License Grant

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, SlideGenius grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use SlideSuite for its intended purpose during the period that SlideGenius authorizes such
access.

## 4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

– Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of SlideSuite;
– Use SlideSuite to violate any applicable law or regulation;
– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of SlideSuite or its underlying infrastructure;
– Use SlideSuite to transmit malicious code, spam, or content that infringes the rights of others;
– Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit access to SlideSuite without our prior written consent.

## 5. Third-Party Integrations

SlideSuite connects to third-party services on your behalf, including QuickBooks Online (Intuit Inc.), Atlassian, Microsoft, Google, Slack Technologies, and Zoom. Your use of these services through SlideSuite is also subject to the respective third
party’s terms of service. SlideGenius is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services.

When you authorize SlideSuite to connect to a third-party service, you grant SlideSuite permission to access, retrieve, and store data from that service consistent with the scopes you approve during the OAuth consent flow.

## 6. Data Ownership

Data that you or your organization provides, or that SlideSuite retrieves from third-party services on your behalf, remains your (or your organization’s) property. SlideGenius claims no ownership over such data. We process and store this data solely
to provide the SlideSuite service to you.

## 7. Confidentiality

authorized role and not to disclose it to unauthorized parties.

## 8. Modifications

SlideGenius may modify SlideSuite, these Terms, or the scope of available features at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through the SlideSuite application or by email to your registered address.

## 9. Termination

SlideGenius may suspend or terminate your access to SlideSuite at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use SlideSuite ends immediately, and SlideGenius may retain or delete your data in
accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

## 10. Disclaimers
