Priced step by step
Audit
A fixed price, plus $1,250 for each additional brand. A scored review of your current template against Microsoft’s published guidance, a review of your Copilot setup (licenses, Brand Kit, image library), a written report with findings in priority order, and a recommendation.
What’s involved in the audit
Typically 1–2 weeks from when we receive your template. A 75% deposit is due before work starts.
What you get
- An audit report. Your template scored against Microsoft’s published guidance: theme colors and fonts, layout names and types, layout coverage, placeholders against loose text boxes, example slides, speaker notes and file weight. Findings come in priority order (fix first, before launch, tidy), each with the reason it matters for Copilot. Send your brand book and we check the template against it too.
- A layout plan. Every current layout marked keep, rename, merge or remove, plus the purpose layouts Copilot needs.
- A Copilot setup review. Your licenses, Brand Kit and image library, with what to change.
- A one-hour walkthrough call on the findings and our recommendation.
- A proposal with the scope, schedule and fixed price for the build, roll out and oversight.
What we need from you
- A copy of your current template. We always work on a copy. No usable template yet? We start from your brand book, your website or a deck you send us.
- Your brand book, if you have one.
- An hour for the walkthrough call. We don’t need admin access to your Microsoft 365 tenant.
Each additional brand
- The report, layout plan and setup review for that brand’s template, for $1,250.
Not part of the audit
- Changing the template, and any change in your Microsoft 365 tenant. Those happen in the build and roll out.
Build
Each additional brand from 50% of that starting price. Scoped from the audit: the layouts to rebuild or add, the example slides to design, your Brand Kit, the rules file, and prompt testing. The Build is widescreen (16:9) PowerPoint; other sizes and Word and Excel templates are add-ons, below.
What’s involved in the build
Typically 3–6 weeks. It starts once the deposit is paid and the audit’s layout plan is agreed.
What you get
- Your rebuilt PowerPoint template (.potx, plus a start file): theme colors and fonts, the slide master, the agreed layouts named and typed so Copilot can choose them, placeholders in place of loose text boxes, and production clutter removed. We render and check every layout. Your original file is never edited.
- Example slides designed by our designers with real content, at least two for each new layout. Copilot learns from them. Two rounds of revisions are included.
- A Brand Kit ready to load: a folder for each section of Microsoft’s Brand Kit screen, including the rules file that tells Copilot how to use your brand, with a step-by-step setup guide.
- A test report. A fixed set of real prompts run on your original template and on the rebuilt one, each result scored with its cause. The same prompts become the baseline for oversight.
What we need from you
- A named person to approve the example slides.
- Approved photos (otherwise Copilot falls back to stock images) and your icon set, if you want it in the kit.
- Your brand fonts’ license for organization-wide use.
Sizes and other apps
- The build is widescreen (16:9) PowerPoint. Other sizes, and Word and Excel templates in the same colors and fonts, are fixed-price add-ons, listed below.
Not part of the build
- Photography or icon design, loading anything into your tenant (that is roll out), and deploying fonts.
Roll out
Setting up and publishing with your brand manager, done for you or guided on a call, plus training sessions for your teams if you want them.
What’s involved in the roll out
Typically 1–2 weeks after you sign off the build.
What you get
- A brand manager session (about two hours, by video call). Together we check licenses, set the brand manager policy, publish the Brand Kit, turn on strict brand adherence and the template settings, and upload the rules file. Your brand manager clicks while we guide, or we do it for you if your access rules allow. We don’t need to hold your credentials. We finish by running a prompt together.
- A distribution check. We confirm the template reaches the people who use it and that they have a start file, because with strict brand adherence on, Copilot won’t build in a blank file.
- Training for your teams, if you want it: a two-hour session, a half day or a full day, live by video call. You keep the slides.
- A prompt guide written around your own layouts.
What we need from you
- Your named brand manager, with admin rights.
- Your IT team, if the brand fonts are to be deployed.
- The people attending training.
Each additional brand
- About an hour more in the brand manager session.
Not part of roll out
- Buying Copilot licenses, deploying fonts, or a help desk for end users.
Oversight
For one brand, plus $1,500 a quarter for each additional brand. The full quarterly routine: re-testing, reviewing what your people generated, refreshing example slides, updating rules and reporting in writing. Light oversight, for one brand, is $2,050 a quarter and leaves out the example-slide refresh. Oversight covers every size you hold: your widescreen template every quarter; every other size at least once a year. What oversight includes.
What’s involved in the oversight
Every quarter after roll out, billed in advance, for as long as you keep it.
Every quarter
- Re-testing: prompts from the build’s fixed set, run again and scored, so you can see whether output is holding.
- A review of real decks your people generated with Copilot that quarter.
- An example-slide refresh (Standard only): new or updated example slides where Copilot needs them.
- A rules update: the rules file adjusted where output drifted, including after Microsoft changes how Copilot works.
- A written report: scores and causes, structural checks (layouts chosen, placeholders against loose text boxes, off-brand colors and fonts), what we changed, and how it compares with earlier quarters.
- A one-hour review call.
Standard or Light
- Light oversight ($2,050 a quarter, one brand) includes everything above except the example-slide refresh. With two or more brands, Standard applies.
What we need from you
- A sample of the decks your people generated that quarter, and your brand manager for any settings change.
Not part of oversight
- New layouts, new brands or a template redesign. We quote those as build work.

Every Build is widescreen (16:9) PowerPoint. Other sizes are their own templates, each designed for its format rather than resized, in the same brand system. Each size is designed when you order it. Prices are per brand; each additional brand pays half. Oversight covers every size you hold.

What moves the number
Our prices come from the hours each step takes. The things that change those hours are:
- The size of your template: how many layouts need checking, rebuilding or adding.
- The number of example slides: our designers create them, and they are the teaching material Copilot learns from.
- The number of brands: each brand has its own Brand Kit.
- Add-ons: other PowerPoint sizes, and Word and Excel templates, at the fixed prices above.
- Oversight: Standard or Light, and for how many brands.

Deposits and billing
- Audit, Build and Roll out: a 75% deposit before work starts.
- Oversight: billed each quarter in advance.
- Rush and weekend work: extra.
After the audit, your proposal sets out the scope, the steps, the timeline, the price and the deposit. There is no fixed rate card for the build: its price follows from what your audit finds.
