This Privacy Policy describes how SlideGenius, Inc. (“SlideGenius,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information in connection with our SlideSuite application (“SlideSuite”).
## 1. Information We Collect
When you use SlideSuite, we collect:
**Account information.** Your name, email address, role, and any organization affiliation provided when your access is provisioned.
**Authentication data.** OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens issued by third-party services (QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, Microsoft Graph, Atlassian, Slack, Zoom) when you connect those services. We do not store your third-party passwords.
**Business data retrieved on your behalf.** When you connect SlideSuite to a third-party service, SlideSuite retrieves data from that service consistent with the scopes you approve. This may include:
– From QuickBooks Online: customer records, invoice data, payment records, and company profile information.
– From Atlassian Jira and Tempo: issue records, project records, and worklog entries.
– From Microsoft SharePoint: file metadata and file content for designated folders.
– From Google Workspace: email messages (subject, body, sender, recipient, timestamps) and calendar events for designated shared mailboxes.
– From Slack: channel and message metadata for authorized channels.
– From Zoom: meeting metadata for authorized accounts.
**Usage data.** Logs of your interactions with SlideSuite (page views, API calls, errors) for operational monitoring and debugging.
## 2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
– Provide and maintain the SlideSuite service;
– Display aggregated reports, analytics, and operational dashboards to authorized users;
– Diagnose and resolve technical issues;
– Communicate with you about your account or material service changes;
– Comply with legal obligations.
## 3. How We Store Information
SlideSuite data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorized SlideGenius personnel.
## 4. How We Share Information
We do **not** sell or rent your information. We share information only:
– With third-party services that you have explicitly connected to SlideSuite, and only to the extent necessary to provide the service (for example, calling the QuickBooks Online API on your behalf);
– With service providers that help us operate SlideSuite (such as Amazon Web Services for hosting), bound by confidentiality obligations;
– When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SlideGenius or others.
## 5. Third-Party Services
When you connect a third-party service to SlideSuite, the data we retrieve from that service is also subject to that service’s privacy policy:
– QuickBooks Online (Intuit Inc.): https://www.intuit.com/privacy/
– Google Workspace: https://policies.google.com/privacy

## 6. Data Retention
We retain information you provide, and data retrieved from connected services, for as long as your SlideSuite account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you disconnect a third-party service, the OAuth tokens are revoked, but
previously retrieved data may remain in SlideSuite’s records unless you request deletion.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing privacy@slidegenius.com. We will honor deletion requests within thirty (30) days, subject to legal retention obligations.
## 7. Your Rights

guarantee absolute security but commit to industry-standard practices and prompt incident response.
## 9. Children’s Privacy
SlideSuite is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from such individuals.
