You can find free PowerPoint fonts from a variety of online resources. Some of the most popular sources include Google Fonts, Dafont, and Font Squirrel. These sites offer a wide range of typefaces that can be downloaded and installed for free.
Google Fonts
Google Fonts is an interactive directory of free, open-source fonts. You can search for fonts based on different parameters such as category, language, or popularity. Once you find a suitable font, click on the font name to open a new page with more details and a red “Select this font” button at the top. After you’ve selected all the fonts you want, you can download them by clicking on the black bar at the bottom of the screen.
Dafont
Dafont is another excellent resource for free fonts. You can browse through a massive collection of typefaces, categorized by theme, for easier navigation. To download a font from Dafont, click on the font name to open a new page, then click on the “Download” button on the right side. This will download a zip file containing the font file which you can then install on your system.
Font Squirrel
Font Squirrel is known for its collection of high-quality, commercial-use fonts. You can find a font by browsing through categories or using the search bar. Once you’ve found a font you like, click on the font name, then click on the “Download TTF” button to download the font file.
After downloading the fonts, you need to install them on your system. On Windows, you can do this by right-clicking on the font file and selecting “Install”. On Mac, double-click the font file, then click “Install Font”. After the installation, the new font should be available in PowerPoint and other applications.
Please note that while these fonts are free, you should always check the license of each font before using it in your presentations, especially if they’re for commercial purposes. Some fonts may have restrictions on their use.
