Publishing Your PowerPoint Presentation
Publishing your PowerPoint presentation is a straightforward process that can be done in a few steps.
Step 1: Save Your Presentation
Before publishing, ensure that you have saved your PowerPoint presentation in its final form. This means checking all the graphics, text, animations, and transitions. To save your presentation, click on
File >
Save As and choose the location where you want to save it.
Step 2: Convert to Video (Optional)
If you want to publish your presentation as a video, PowerPoint allows you to do this. Go to

Save.
