Setting up an automatic slideshow in PowerPoint is an efficient way to present your slide deck without having to manually navigate through each slide. Here’s how you can do it:
- Open your PowerPoint presentation.
- Click on the Slide Show tab in the PowerPoint ribbon.
- In the “Set Up” group, click on Set Up Slide Show.
- A dialog box titled Set Up Show will appear. Under “Show options”, check the box that says Loop continuously until ‘Esc’. This makes your slideshow repeat until you stop it manually.
- Under the “Advance slides” section, select the option that says Using timings, if present. This will enable the slides to advance automatically according to the timings you’ve set.
- Click OK to save your settings.
Remember, for the slideshow to advance automatically, you need to set timings for each slide. Here’s how to do it:
- Go to the slide for which you want to set the timing.
