Recording a PowerPoint presentation with your webcam can be a great way to add a personal touch to your presentation, and it’s a relatively straightforward process. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you:

First, open your PowerPoint presentation and navigate to the slide where you want to start your recording.

On the PowerPoint toolbar, locate and click on the ‘Slide Show’ tab, then select ‘Record Slide Show’ from the drop-down menu.

You will see two options: ‘Record from Current Slide’ and ‘Record from Beginning’. Choose the appropriate option based on where you want to start your recording. This will open a recording window.

Before starting your recording, check your settings by clicking on ‘Settings’ in the top right corner of the recording window. Here, you can select your microphone and webcam. Make sure your webcam is selected if you want to include video of yourself in the presentation.

Click ‘Record’ when you’re ready to start. Your webcam video will appear in the bottom-right corner of the screen, and you can present your slides as you normally would. You can use the navigation arrows at the bottom of the screen to move through your slides.

If you want to export your presentation as a video, you can do so by clicking on ‘File’ > ‘Export’ > ‘Create a Video’. Select your preferred video quality, and then click ‘Create Video’. Enter a name for your video, choose where you want to save it, and then click ‘Save’.
