Creating an editable Google Slide is simple and can be done in a few steps. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
- First, open Google Drive and click on the “+ New” button located on the left side of the page.
- Select Google Slides from the dropdown menu to create a new presentation.
- After creating your presentation, click on the top right button that says “Share.”
- In the pop-up window, click on “Change” which is next to the “Anyone with the link can view” text.
- In the next window, select “Anyone with the link” from the first dropdown menu.
- Then, select “Editor” from the second dropdown menu. This gives anyone with the link the ability to edit your Google Slide.
- Finally, click “Done.”
Now, anyone with the link can view and edit your Google Slide. However, do keep in mind that while this allows for collaborative work, it also means that anyone with the link can make changes. If you wish to limit editing capabilities to certain people, simply enter their email addresses in the “People” field in the sharing settings and set their permissions to “Editor.”
