Exporting your presentation to PowerPoint is a simple process that can make your presentation easily accessible and shareable. Here are the steps you can follow:
- First, open the presentation you wish to export in SlideGenius.
- Next, click on the ‘File’ menu located in the upper left corner of your screen.
- From the dropdown menu, select ‘Export’ or ‘Save As’, depending on your version of SlideGenius.
- A new window will appear where you can select the format in which you want to save your file. Choose ‘PowerPoint’ (.pptx or .ppt) from the list of available formats.
- Finally, select the location on your computer where you want to save the file, input the file name, and click ‘Save’.
This will create a PowerPoint version of your SlideGenius presentation that you can share with others, even if they don’t have SlideGenius installed on their system. They can view and edit the presentation using PowerPoint. Please note that some advanced features or custom designs in your SlideGenius presentation may not translate perfectly to PowerPoint due to differences in the software capabilities.
