Converting a PowerPoint presentation into a video on a Mac is a straightforward process. Here are the steps you need to follow:
- Open your PowerPoint application and load the presentation you wish to convert.
- Click on the ‘File’ menu located at the top left corner of the PowerPoint interface.
- From the drop-down menu, select ‘Export’.
- In the export pane that appears, you will see various options. Choose ‘MP4’ under the ‘File Format’ drop-down menu. Note that you can also select ‘MOV’ if you prefer this format.
- Under the ‘Playback’ option, you can select whether to use recorded timings and narrations for your presentation or not. If you have not set any, you can choose to set the default time spent on each slide.
- Once you are satisfied with your settings, click on the ‘Export’ button. Choose a location to save your video, then wait for the conversion process to complete.
