Adding Slido to your PowerPoint presentation can significantly enhance interactivity and engagement. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how you can do this:
1. Download and Install the Slido for PowerPoint Plugin
Start by downloading and installing the Slido for PowerPoint plugin. Go to the Slido website and navigate to the “Integrations” section. Look for the “Slido for PowerPoint” option and click on “Download”. Once the download is complete, run the installer and follow the instructions to install the plugin on your computer.
2. Open PowerPoint and Enable Slido
Open your PowerPoint application. You should see the Slido tab in the PowerPoint ribbon. Click on this tab to enable the Slido plugin.
3. Sign in to Your Slido Account
On the Slido tab, click on “Sign In” and enter your Slido account credentials. If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to create one first on the Slido website.
4. Choose the Slido Event
Once you’re signed in, you’ll be able to choose the Slido event you want to add to your PowerPoint presentation. Click on “Choose Event” and select the event from the list.
5. Insert Slido Interactions
After selecting your event, you can start adding Slido interactions to your PowerPoint slides. Click on “Insert Interaction” and choose the type of interaction you want to add. You can add polls, quizzes, Q&A sessions, and more.
6. Present Your Slides
Once you’ve added all the interactions you want, you can start your presentation. When you reach a slide with a Slido interaction, click on “Start Interaction” to activate it. Your audience will be able to participate in the interaction using their devices.
Remember to always test your presentation before the actual event to ensure everything works perfectly. Adding Slido to PowerPoint can greatly enhance your presentations by making them more interactive and engaging.
