Swapping the presenter screen in PowerPoint is a straightforward process. To do this, you need to use the Presenter View feature, which primarily enables you to see your notes while the audience only sees the slide. Here’s a simple step-by-step guide on how you can do this:

1. Open your PowerPoint Presentation.
2. Click on the “Slide Show” tab in the top menu.
3. Find the “Monitors” section, then check the box next to “Use Presenter View.”
4. Below this, there will be a dropdown menu labeled “Display Settings.” Click on this and select “Swap Presenter View and Slide Show.”

This will swap the screens, so your audience sees the Presenter View, while you see the Slide Show View. Remember, if you’re using two monitors, PowerPoint will automatically use the Presenter View on the secondary monitor. If your screens are not displaying as expected, you can manually swap the display from your computer’s display settings.

Note: The steps might vary slightly based on the PowerPoint version you are using. If you’re using PowerPoint for Mac, the “Monitors” section is under the “Slide Show” tab and is labeled “Play Slide Show.” You’ll find the “Swap Displays” option in the same dropdown menu.
