What the audit gives you
Audit report
A scored review of your current template against Microsoft’s published guidance: theme colors and fonts, layout names and types, layout coverage, placeholders against loose text boxes, example slides, speaker notes and file weight. Findings come in priority order (fix first, before launch, tidy), each with the reason it matters for Copilot. With your brand book, we check the template against it too.

Your licenses, Brand Kit and image library, with what to change.
Walkthrough and proposal
A one-hour call to walk through the findings and the recommendation. Your proposal then sets out the scope, the steps, the timeline, the price and the deposit.
Price and timing
$3,500 for one brand, a fixed price, plus $1,000 for each additional brand. The audit typically takes 1–2 weeks. A 75% deposit is due before work starts.

- Your brand book, if you have one, so we can check the template against it.

See what an audit looks like
We audited our own brand template first: 75 layouts, 1,174 loose text boxes on the example slides, and 37 slides whose speaker notes said only “done.” The sample report shows what we found, why each finding matters to Copilot, and what the fix achieved.

No. We always work on a copy.
Do you need admin access to our Microsoft 365 tenant?
No. By default we guide on a screen share while your people click, and we do not hold credentials.
Can our IT team do the settings themselves?
Yes, and it takes an afternoon. We can guide them on a call. The design half, the template and example slides, is what we add.
